The Necessary Training (TNT) vocational training program of the Abiding Truth Ministries Community Development Corporation (ATM CDC) is a free, six-month workforce training and life skills initiative designed to equip young people and adults ages 12–35* with practical skills that open pathways to sustainable employment and positive life choices.

Through courses in construction (carpentry, electricity, plumbing), sewing/tailoring, and multimedia content creation, participants gain hands-on, marketable skills that not only prepare them for career opportunities, but also build self-confidence, discipline, and resilience. In addition, students receive exposure to entrepreneurship, teamwork, and life skills that foster long-term stability.

Operating in a city heavily impacted by gun violence, drugs, and limited economic opportunities, this program provides a positive alternative to negative influences, while promoting community and empowerment.

*Appropriate age grouping will occur respectively for each of the classes offered.
